BILL LONGBRAKE

Bill has extensive experience in finance and investments, macroeconomics and monetary policy, risk management, housing, and public policy. He has served in business, academic and government organizations.

Bill began his career in Washington, D.C. in various government positions from 1970 – 1982. During his tenure, he served as CFO and deputy to the chairman for finance at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). He was also previously CFO of Washington Mutual, helping the company become the sixth largest depository institution in the U.S.

Bill holds a PhD in Finance from the University of Maryland.
