If you are a BECU member or community representative with a request for the credit union, please review the list below for the most appropriate contact information, or visit Contact Us on BECU.org. Referencing these resources will ensure your request is responded to in a timely manner.
Member Contact Center: For any member or account-related questions, please call our Member Care team at 800-233-2328 for help with your request.
If you use online banking (desktop or mobile app), you can also send a secure message as follows:
Online Banking: Once you sign in, the Message Center is located at the top of the online banking webpage next to Search, Locations and Support. Select “Message Center” and then “Send Message.”
BECU Mobile App: Once you sign in, click on the three lines in the upper right hand corner of the screen and select “Messenger.”
