If you use online banking (desktop or mobile app), you can also send a secure message as follows:
Online Banking: Once you sign in, click the circular Messenger icon floating in the lower right-hand corner of the screen. Type in your question in the “write a message” field to initiate a conversation.
BECU Mobile App: Once you log into the mobile app, click on the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner, then select Messenger. Type in your question in the “write a message” field to initiate a conversation.
